A gentle approach to health and motherhood — helping women reconnect with themselves and build sustainable rhythms of wellbeing in every season of life.
Hi, I’m Kristan Bryars.
I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, founder of Always Evolving Health, and a mother navigating the beautiful and transformative season of early motherhood.
Before stepping into the wellness space, I spent the first decade of my career in the corporate world in sales, marketing, and leadership. That experience taught me a great deal about ambition and success, but it also revealed how easily we can lose connection with our own wellbeing in the process.
My personal health journey eventually led me to study holistic health and become a certified coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Since becoming a mother, my work has evolved even more. Today, I’m passionate about supporting women — especially mothers — as they move through the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that come with new seasons of life.
Through gentle guidance, reflection, and sustainable practices, my goal is to help women reconnect with themselves and build a relationship with health that grows and evolves alongside them.
